What Piel keeps. What it does not.

Piel Match may calculate color values such as CIELAB lightness and color coordinates, Individual Typology Angle, hue, undertone, a Monk Skin Tone reference and the distance to measured fabric colors. For leggings, the result weights the knee and wrist readings. These readings are used to suggest a Piel shade and coordinating catalog colors.

Piel Mirror changes garment-area color while retaining visible light-and-shadow texture. Photo Fit, if launched, uses a photo you submit to generate an apparel preview and perform an automated quality check. Size guidance comes from the separate fit finder—not from body measurements inferred from your image.

INTNT does not use these tools to identify or authenticate you. It does not create face-geometry templates, fingerprints, voiceprints, iris scans, body scans or photo-derived body measurements. Because biometric and health-data definitions vary by jurisdiction and may change, INTNT applies the consent, purpose limitation and deletion protections below where covered data could fall within an applicable definition.

Camera access is requested before Match or Mirror begins. It is used only to provide the feature you selected. A device permission does not authorize cloud processing, marketing use or permanent storage.

Before Photo Fit can upload a full-body photo, INTNT will present a separate, plain-language consent naming the categories collected, the purpose, the cloud service provider, the expected deletion timing and whether you want to save a result. Photo Fit also requires confirmation that you are at least 18. If you do not consent, nothing is uploaded and you may continue with Chart, Match or Mirror.

Optional analytics and optional match-feedback storage use separate choices. Refusing either does not prevent the core local feature from working. INTNT will request new consent before using Piel information for a materially different purpose.

• Local Match and Mirror media: kept only in device memory for the active experience and cleared when the session ends or the page closes. INTNT does not receive it.
• Unsaved Photo Fit media: source photos and generated previews are scheduled for deletion when the session ends where technically reliable and, in every case, within 24 hours of upload.
• Saved My Piel information: kept until you delete it, close the associated account, withdraw the applicable consent, or INTNT no longer needs it for the stated purpose—whichever comes first, subject to records required by law.
• Consent and deletion records: a minimized record may be retained to demonstrate your choice, honor suppression requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. It does not contain source images.

Where Illinois biometric law applies, any covered biometric identifier or biometric information will be permanently destroyed when the initial collection purpose has been satisfied or within three years of your last interaction with INTNT, whichever occurs first. INTNT’s shorter limits above control when they require earlier deletion. Where Texas law applies, covered biometric identifiers will be destroyed within a reasonable time and no later than the first anniversary of the date the collection purpose expires, except where a legally permitted extension applies.

INTNT does not sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from Piel source images, color readings, biometric identifiers or biometric information. INTNT does not use them for advertising profiles, identity recognition, law-enforcement databases, or training general-purpose facial, body or generative models.

On-device Match and Mirror media is not shared with INTNT or another company. For Photo Fit, INTNT will disclose submitted media only to the cloud processor named in the consent screen and vendors needed to securely host, transmit or delete it. They may process it only for the requested preview under contract. INTNT may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or as part of a business transaction with protections required by applicable law. INTNT will obtain any additional consent or authorization required before a sale or other restricted disclosure.

Illinois

To the extent the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act applies, INTNT will provide written notice of the specific purpose and length of collection, storage and use, obtain a written release before collecting or obtaining covered biometric identifiers or biometric information, follow the public retention schedule above, use a reasonable standard of care, and protect the information at least as carefully as other confidential and sensitive information. INTNT will not sell, lease, trade or profit from covered data and will not disclose it without consent unless an exception allowed by law applies.

Texas

To the extent Texas biometric or consumer-data law applies, INTNT will provide notice and obtain consent before capturing a covered biometric identifier for a commercial purpose; use reasonable care; restrict sale, lease and disclosure; delete covered identifiers within the applicable period; and honor applicable rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, opt out and appeal.

Washington

To the extent Washington biometric privacy law applies, INTNT will provide notice, obtain consent before enrolling a covered biometric identifier in a database for a commercial purpose, prevent unauthorized commercial use, protect the data with reasonable care, and retain it no longer than reasonably necessary. To the extent Piel information is regulated consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, INTNT will obtain any required consent for collection or sharing, obtain a separate signed authorization before any sale, and honor applicable rights to confirm, access, withdraw consent and delete covered data, including copies held by processors where required.

Other state or national privacy laws may provide additional rights. INTNT will apply the law that protects you where it governs the processing.

• Know whether INTNT has saved Piel information about you and receive a portable copy.
• Correct inaccurate saved profile information where applicable.
• Delete your My Piel profile and individually saved renders.
• Withdraw optional storage or feedback consent for future processing.
• Appeal a denied privacy request by replying to INTNT’s decision email with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.

Use the controls in My Piel to download or delete available account data. You may also email hola@intntofficial.com. State the right you want to exercise and the email associated with your account. INTNT may take proportionate steps to verify that the request is yours. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable; INTNT may request proof of authority and direct verification from you.

INTNT will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may contact your state attorney general or another competent regulator if you remain dissatisfied after an appeal.

INTNT uses access controls, private storage, limited retention, purpose-separated storage and minimized logs designed to protect Piel information. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Photo Fit is for adults 18 and older. INTNT does not knowingly collect a minor’s Photo Fit image. If you believe a minor submitted one, contact INTNT for prompt review and deletion.

INTNT may update this section when the tools, providers or law change. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, presented before further processing. Consent already given does not authorize a materially different use.
